Having over Thirty-Five years of experience jointly in Industry and Training. Worked with Dunlop India Ltd, Murugappa Group, Pegasus HRD Pvt Ltd, Seed Infotech Ltd. In the industry he was involved with business development, product management, channel sales, Outbound Training and Psychometric profiling. A Philosopher and an analyst on environment by passion. Empaneled as an ESG trainer with Directors Institute- World Development Council.
His interests include Eastern and Western philosophy, Futurism, Cognitive science, Consciousness Studies, Environmental philosophy, Indian Knowledge System. He has delivered hundreds of Management Development programs for the executives at the senior level in various organizations. Dr. Sumit specialized in the Upanishads and delivered several talks on Indian Philosophy and Upanishads in both offline and online mode.
